Hiller Ford looks to enhance its dealership

A longtime and one of the original Franklin dealerships, Hiller Ford is coming before the Plan Commission this Thursday to get their blessing on several changes to their dealership. This includes enhancing and bringing architecture up-to-date on its showroom along with its QuickLane repair shop. Also in the works is a new building to be located north of the current used cars area.

These modifications and additions come as the "dealership row" of Franklin and Hales Corners continues to expand and remodel. The other dealerships in this area - Holz Chevrolet, Ewald Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, and Boucher Volkswagen have all either built additions, remodeled existing facilities, or both. In the case of the Ewald dealership, they purchased the former Hale Park Lumber site, which borders Hiller Ford, last year in the hopes of expanding their used car sales. Hiller Ford was the only holdout in terms of upgrading its dealership until now.
